Pricing FAQ
What's the refund policy?
14-day unconditional refund from first payment, no questions asked. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No lock-in contract.
How are seats counted?
Seats are the number of operators (SOC / IT admins) logging into the dashboard. Audited users / computers are unlimited — you're billed on team size, not on the audited estate.
Is there an MSSP rebate?
Yes. Starting at 5 managed tenants, Partner pricing replaces the standard tier with white-label reporting and multi-tenant dashboards. Contact sales for volume above 25 tenants.
Can I downgrade?
Anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your audit history and exports stay available — only the feature gates adjust.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown ex-VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. French customers are billed 20% TVA. Invoices are issued by EtcSec SAS (Paris, France).
